Cancellation Policy

Yes, the deposit will be returned to the customer if we experience any inconveniences that will cause the reservation to be canceled, like for example mechanical issues or extreme weather conditions. You can also get your deposit back by canceling the reservation 7 days prior to the booking date. The deposit will not be returned if the customer cancels the reservation after the time frame suggested.
